PhotoKivo includes open-source runtime code and distributes U²-Net model files for local browser inference.

U²-Net / U²-NetP

The U²-Net project is published by Xuebin Qin and contributors under the Apache License 2.0. PhotoKivo distributes ONNX-format U²-Net and U²-NetP model files obtained from the rembg GitHub release for local inference.

RUNTIME

ONNX Runtime

ONNX Runtime and ONNX Runtime Web are provided by Microsoft and contributors under the MIT License. The browser runtime executes model inference with WebGPU or WebAssembly.

rembg

Model download links are hosted in the rembg repository’s GitHub release. rembg itself is maintained by Daniel Gatis and contributors under the MIT License. PhotoKivo does not execute rembg’s Python server code.
